If you are reading this, you already made the hard decision.
You bought the table. You found the room for it. You made the payment.
You believed it was going to change your practice.
And then somewhere along the way it turned into a piece of equipment you walk past.

I bought my first decompression table off Facebook Marketplace for five thousand dollars.
It showed up on an eighteen wheeler. Nobody came with it. No rep, no training day, no number to call.
There was not much on YouTube back then either. So I stood there looking at it and thought, all right, here we go.
I got myself to a weekend seminar as fast as I could and came home with just enough confidence to try.
My first care plan was twenty three hundred dollars. That man was in bad shape, and I got him well.
Right as he finished, a woman called with almost the same problem. I figured if I got him well I could get her well, so I charged thirty two hundred.
Then thirty eight hundred. Then forty five hundred. Then fifty five hundred. Then seven thousand.
Then a coach of mine mentioned he had doctors charging eighty three hundred, and something in me went, I am at least as good as that. I moved to eighty three hundred that week. Then ninety three hundred, with a discount for paying in full.
I have a stack of checks from people who paid it.
But here is the part I want you to hear.
I earned every one of those jumps.
Not with a script. With repetitions. With people I actually got well, and post MRIs that proved it, and the kind of confidence that only shows up after you watch a disc heal because of something you did.
That is the thing nobody sells you. Everyone wants to teach you how to present a high ticket program. Almost nobody will teach you how to treat well enough to deserve one.
So that is what I do now. I help doctors launch a real high ticket decompression program and sell it with a straight face.
Care plans between thirty five hundred and nine thousand dollars, depending on where your confidence honestly is the day we start.
Not because we found better words. Because you will finally be good enough at this that the number matches the work.
That is what earning what your time is worth actually looks like.
For years I ran my own practice at around forty thousand dollars a month with two people in the building. Me and one staff member.
Not because I worked harder than everybody else. Because the cases were complete and the system did the rest.
So if your table is sitting there underproducing, or if you have not bought one yet and you are staring at a fifty thousand dollar quote wondering whether any of this works, I have been exactly where you are standing.
Book a time and let us talk about it. I take these calls myself.
Dr. Sean McWilliams
You own a decompression table, or you are seriously looking at buying one
You already have patients who know you and trust you
You are willing to start at a number you can say without flinching, and earn your way up
You are willing to do post MRIs and be told your setup is wrong
You want your team running the department instead of you
You are looking for a new patient marketing system. This works on the patients you already have
You want a certificate for the wall without changing how you treat
You are not willing to train your staff
You expect to charge nine thousand dollars on your very first case
What you are charging right now, whether you are drastically underpricing yourself, and how to stop
What your table is producing today and what it should be producing
Where your disc cases are falling apart, usually at the imaging conversation
If you have not bought a table yet, what to look for and what you should actually pay
If I can help you I will tell you exactly how. If I cannot I will tell you that too
45 minutes, on Zoom, with me. Not a sales rep.

Working with Dr. Sean McWilliams and implementing his Disc University systems over the past 3.5 years has completely transformed our decompression practice.
Since integrating Disc University for the Professional, we’ve more than doubled our collections and average case fees, and I’m now confidently reading and reviewing MRIs with patients on Day 2.with his MRI training.
Our close rate and clinical success rate consistently run 80–85%, and we’re closing 12–15 decompression cases per month with a team that’s fully cross-trained and confident.
Dr. Sean, you’re a true gem—one of the best teachers in our profession. Your mentorship has been priceless, and I’m deeply grateful for what you’ve done for our office and for the profession.

I had a health issue this year and had to hire two associates to run my office while I stepped away for a while.
Dr Sean was a blessing by providing online training for my two doctors to get up to speed with decompression.
His course was top notch, but his character and personality go above and beyond anything I ever expected.
Thank you Dr Sean for all your help.

Before DISC University Professional, I was second-guessing decompression setup and progression.
Dr. Sean’s years of experience and deep expertise gave me immediate confidence.
He was always available to review cases in real time, respond quickly by call or text, and guide me through Day 1 and Day 2 conversations.
Beyond the technical mastery, he helped me slow down, truly listen to my patients, and approach care plans from the heart.
